Terms and Conditions

Fees Policy

  1. Under no circumstances will refunds or credits be given. No exceptions will be made for absences due to sickness or school activities etc.

  2. All fees are payable in full and in advance for the term. Periodic payments will not be accepted.

  3. Pay in full by the specified date (varies from term to term) to receive a 10% discount off the tuition fee. Scholarship discount has to be paid in full before the Early Bird payment date.

  4. In the case of sickness or extra-curricular activities, fees will no be credited or refunded for the lessons not attended. Class material will still be given to the student for the missed class.

  5. If you have more than one child attending 123 Education at the same time, the younger child will receive a 20% discount off the tuition fee if paid before the discount date.

  6. Only one discount can be applied to the one payment at any one time.

Homework & Material Policy

  1. Please leave no more than 6 pages of homework incomplete when attending extension sessions

  2. If your child requires homework assistance, please write the page and question number on the front page of the booklet.

  3. Any Trial Test papers are not to be distributed outside the center. Students are not to bring any question papers home. They will only receive their results. Students will be disqualified from further Trial Test exams if papers are taken out of the exam room, and fees will not be refunded.

  4. Replacement of homework booklets will incur a photocopying fee of $10.00 each lesson.

  5. Homework that is not handed in on time must be marked by parents using the answer booklets provided except the writing booklet.

Student Conduct Policy

  1. Please pick up your child on time. The center will not be responsible for their safety outside class hours.

  2. Violence, fighting, chasing and any forms of bullying are banned at 123 Education. In extreme cases if students continuously violate 123 Education Conduct rules such as intentionally damaging or vandalizing properties, or continuously displaying unacceptable behaviour, they will be liable to pay damages as well as being subjected to suspension and/or expulsion from the center.

  3. Please inform the center if your child has any allergies or other medical conditions. 123 Education is a nuts free zone and all precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of your child.

  4. Students are advised to leave valuable items or cash at home. No responsibility will be taken by the center for any lost property.

Class & Curriculum Policy

  1. Our center reserves the right to change the curriculum and arrangement of students’ classes and appoint new teachers without prior notice.

  2. Make-up class sessions or any other classes outside of the students’ enrolled class are subject to availability. Please contact us to for arrangements.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In response to COVID-19

  1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as the COVID-19 Pandemic resulting in class cancellation, no refunds will be given. Alternate class times will be arranged when appropriate and according to government regulations.

  2. Students are advised not to share food and drink in class.

  3. If your child is feeling unwell, they are advised to stay home and not to attend class.

  4. Students can wear masks in the classroom if they wish to do so.

  5. Hand sanitiser is provided in all classrooms and students are advised to clean their hands before consuming any food or drink.
